By following these 10 rules, your daily life will become
easier, healthier, and more relaxed without detox.
Fewer weigh, look better, go untroubled through life - the
longing for a light, "clean" life leaves the business booming with
detox cures. That detox in the sense of a physical "detoxification
cure" has already been declared a myth is not important. Much more is
about a better body feeling by temporarily renouncing caffeine, sugar and
processed foods.
Anyone who has ever taken a detox treatment with smoothies
and soup, may have the feeling that
after a week they actually feel somewhat lighter. The skin looks better,
possible rolls have gone back, and generally one feels simply fitter and
sleepy.
Of course, if you do not use alcohol, nicotine and coffee
for a week, eat lots of fruit and vegetables, move around in the fresh air and
keep regular sleeping times, you will automatically feel better. The weight
loss is explained by the strongly calorie-reduced diet for a detox-juice and
soup-cure. That this loss of weight is not lasting, should be clear to
everyone.
This effect has to do with the expensive detox program, but
can also be achieved by simple (and inexpensive!) Home remedies. The best we
have put together. The good news is that they can be integrated perfectly into
everyday life, so that you can do something for your well-being every day - apart
from punctual detox cures.
The best "Detox" Households at a glance
1. Drink enough water

We should always drink 1.5 liters every day, the German
Society of Nutrition recommends. If you are a sports enthusiast, eat protein or
salt, and are exposed to extreme weather (hot / cold), the fluid demand can
rise to several liters.
Water is vital for humans because it is needed for a wide
range of metabolic processes and helps to eliminate toxins.
If you drink enough, you also have less hunger and a - if
only slightly - increased basic turnover. Researchers at the Charité Hospital
in Berlin found that every 0.2-liter glass of water consumed about 20 calories,
because the organism needed energy to introduce the water into the metabolic
processes.
If you drink enough - and we mean water and unsweetened tea
- you help your body so decisively in the daily detox work and even do
something for your basic turnover.
2. Eat fruits and vegetables

5 servings per day - that sounds a lot, but hand on the
heart: Who manages to eat five fifty-five servings of fruit and vegetables
every day?
Fresh food is an important fuel for our bodies: fruits and
vegetables not only contain vitamins and vital substances, but also fiber,
which is important for active digestion and intact intestinal flora.
Researchers at the University of Stanford have found that a
low-fiber diet is so damaging to the intestinal flora that even the following
generations are affected. And the intestinal flora, as we all know, is an
important ally in the fight against diseases.
So try to: Use the variety of local fruits and vegetables!
Eat a raw food salad for the regular meal, cut an apple into your cereal,
"block" it in a refined way vegetables in dishes. This is how ecotrophologists
and EAT SMARTER blogger Alexa Iwan will show you.
3. Do not eat ready-to-eat foods
"If I do not," you may be surprised. But when you
look in your refrigerator, you'll find one or other processed food. Take, for
example, fruit yoghurt: it smells like the fruit on the label, it tastes the
same - perhaps even a bit sweeter and more intense - but unfortunately it does
not contain the vitamins and secondary plant substances from the fruit.
If you do not want to eat processed food for a few days and
instead focus on the pure taste of the raw materials, you will notice how your
taste becomes finer again. And your body is doing well not to take hardened
fats, aromas, salts, and too much sugar. This too is a form of detox!
4. Reduce meat consumption

In the morning salami, at noon a schnitzel, in the evening
poultry? If you eat meat every day, too much saturated fat is consumed, which
can lead to problems with the cardiovascular system. Also the purine values
in the blood can increase too much with excessive meat consumption of animal
products and leads to inflammatory reactions in the body - keyword gout. This
painful disease is not referred to as a meat-eating problem for nothing.
The DGE recommends a maximum of three servings of meat, fish
and sausage per week. When you are doing this, do something good for your body
and do not need to "detoxify" it.
5. Limit sugar consumption
Do you have to consume only 6 teaspoons of sugar daily, be
it in food, drink or sweets? This amount, which corresponds to 25 grams, should
not exceed WHO, who would not risk caries and diabetes.
Sugar provides energy and nothing else - as professionals
say, "empty calories". And because most of us overdraw their calorie
account anyway, the substance once sold in pharmacies as a precious starch has
become superfluous. We are better able to get our energy from food, which at
the same time offers many vitamins, mineral and fiber. Of course, it is
comforting to eat sweets, chocolate or ice cream. But the effects of the sugar
contained in it make in the long term rather unhappy and ill. So shot to eat as
little sugar as possible.
The difficulty: sugar hides everywhere, for example, in
ready-made meals, in coffee specialties, but also in supposedly healthy foods
such as ready-made green smoothies. Not always on the list of ingredients
"sugar", but the sweet ingredient hides behind other names such as:
Glucose fructose syrup
Invert sugar syrup
Dextrose
Maltodextrin
Natural fruit juices
lactose
You should also study the list of ingredients in
supposedly healthy foods and ban sugar bombs from your diet. So help your body
